Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions
   For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "Casino" means Golden Madness Casino online casino operated by Golden Entertainment Group Limited.
• "Player" means any person who accesses or uses the Casino's services.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
   These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Act 1996.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions
   The Casino reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion, without prior notice to Players. The Player's continued use of the Services following any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes their acceptance of such modifications.

7. Acceptable Use Policy
   The Player agrees not to engage in any activity that may damage, disable, overburden, or impair the operation of the Casino's servers or networks. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to, hacking, spoofing, phishing, and spreading malware or viruses.

8. Payment Terms and Conditions

• All payments made through the Casino must be in Pound Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.
• The Player acknowledges that certain payment methods may incur additional charges or fees (e.g., credit/debit card processing fees).
• Withdrawals shall only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet address registered by the Player.

9. Responsible Gaming

• The Casino reserves the right to restrict or suspend access to the Services for Players who are suspected of engaging in irresponsible gaming practices.
• The Player agrees to use the Casino's responsible gaming tools and features as intended, including but not limited to, setting deposit limits, activating reality checks, and self-exclusion.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content, graphics, software, and other materials included in or made available through the Services are owned by or licensed to the Casino.
• The Player agrees not to reproduce, transmit, display, distribute, or otherwise use any intellectual property rights protected under these Terms and Conditions without prior written consent.

11. Liability Disclaimer

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Player and the Casino with regard to access to and use of the Services. Any prior agreements or understandings are superseded hereby.

13. Acceptance

    The Player's continued access and use of the Services shall be deemed an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in its entirety, without reservation or limitation.

14. Termination

• The Casino reserves the right to terminate a Player's account at any time for any reason whatsoever.
• Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms and Conditions shall automatically cease.

15. Survival
    The provisions of sections 10-13 of these Terms and Conditions shall survive any termination or expiry of these Terms and Conditions for whatever reason.

16. Amendments

The Casino may at its sole discretion amend the terms of this Agreement without prior notice to Players, provided that such amendment does not reduce their rights under existing agreements with the Casino.

17. Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law, and any disputes arising hereunder will be resolved exclusively in England or Wales.

18. Entirety
    This agreement represents the entire understanding between you (the Player) and Golden Entertainment Group Limited regarding this account. If we need to modify it, no other written or verbal agreements or understandings are part of these Terms and Conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise.

By accessing or using any Services operated by Golden Entertainment Group Limited, You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the above Terms and Conditions.
